Gentle
A class designed to gently stretch, strengthen and tone your muscles, keep your body limber, and help deepen your breath, focus your mind, and improve your overall sense of well-being. For people living with restriction, injury or illness.
Beginner 1 & 2 – Body & Breath Awareness:
An experiential approach to understanding your body (flexibility, restrictions, limitations), posture alignment and coordinating breath with movement through the postures. Self-pacing and teaches deep relaxation.
Continuing & Advanced – Inner Focus & Concentration:
Emphasis on more challenging postures and alignment, working the postures more deeply, while focusing on breath, sensation and mindfulness. Enhanced breath work & meditation.
Private or Group Sessions:
To support individual needs, coping strategies for stress, anxiety, grief, illness, injury, workplace issues.
Yoga, Meditation & Holistic Health sessions, at your work or home environment, or my location.
Available for lunch-time sessions, or staff wellness days.
Wave Work: A Meditative approach to integrating the mental, physical and emotional aspects of our life, in a gentle, supportive and compassionate way.
